1. Our commitment

Bridge To Talent is committed to making bridgetotalent.com accessible to as many people as possible. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA standard, which is the recognised international standard for accessible websites.

Accessibility is not just a technical requirement for us. It is a reflection of who we want to work with and who we want to serve. Our work is about bringing more people into the experiences they would never normally see, and our website should hold itself to the same principle.

2. What we have done

We have designed this website to:

  • Use sufficient colour contrast for body text and interactive elements.
  • Support keyboard-only navigation throughout.
  • Include descriptive alt text for meaningful images.
  • Use semantic HTML structure (proper headings, lists, and landmarks) so screen readers can interpret pages reliably.
  • Ensure embedded video offers a still poster fallback for slow connections and reduced-motion accessibility settings.
  • Provide visible focus indicators for keyboard users.
  • Use plain language wherever possible.

3. Known limitations

At present we are not aware of any significant accessibility issues. If you find one please let us know: info@bridgetotalent.com ‘At present we are not aware of any significant accessibility issues.
