Our trading name and brand is Bridge To Talent. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data when you visit bridgetotalent.com or otherwise interact with us.

We only collect personal data that is necessary for the purposes set out in this policy. The categories of data we collect are:
- Contact details. When you complete the contact form, send us an email, or otherwise reach out to us, we collect your name, email address, organisation name (if provided), telephone number (if provided), and any other information you choose to share with us.
- Technical data. When you visit our website, we automatically receive standard server log data such as your IP address, browser type, device type, and the pages you visit. This is collected through our hosting provider for security and performance purposes.

We do not knowingly collect personal data relating to children under the age of 18 through this website. If you believe a child has submitted personal data to us, please contact info@bridgetotalent.com and we will delete it.

Lawful basis: contract. If we begin a project together, we use your contact and organisational data to plan, produce, and deliver the agreed Magic Lamp experience and to manage the commercial relationship.
Site security and performance
Lawful basis: legitimate interests. We use technical data to keep the website secure, prevent abuse, and improve performance. Our legitimate interest is to maintain a safe and reliable website.
Legal and regulatory compliance
Lawful basis: legal obligation. We may be required to retain or disclose personal data to comply with our legal and tax obligations or in response to a lawful request from a regulatory authority.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for marketing purposes. We share personal data only with:

Our website is hosted by SiteGround (managed WordPress hosting, UK datacentres, GDPR Data Processing Agreement in place). We use Google Analytics 4 (with IP anonymization enabled; analytics tracking only occurs after user consent via our cookie consent tool). We use Cookiebot (GDPR/CCPA-compliant consent management platform) to display cookie notices and manage user consent preferences.
5. International data transfers
Some of our service providers may process data outside the United Kingdom. Where this happens, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or transfers to a country covered by an adequacy decision.
6. How long we keep your data
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, and to comply with our legal obligations. As a guide:
- Enquiry data: up to 24 months from the date of last contact, unless a working relationship begins.
- Project records: for the duration of the engagement plus 7 years, in line with HMRC requirements.
- Server logs: typically 90 days, depending on the hosting provider’s standard practice.
